Women Circle

Women Circles are spaces where women gather in trust, openness, and presence. These circles invite us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with our inner knowing, while being witnessed and held by a circle of sisters.

Through sharing, silence, ritual, and grounding practices, we remember that we are not alone in our journeys — our stories matter, our emotions are valid, and our presence is enough.

These gatherings are rooted in:

  • Deep listening without fixing

  • Honouring cycles and transitions

  • Rituals that align with the Earth and the body

  • Collective wisdom that arises when women come together

No experience needed. Just your presence.

Why Women Gather

Throughout history, women have come together in circles — around fires, kitchens, and sacred spaces — to share stories, wisdom, joy, and grief.
Women Circles today are a remembering of this ancient practice.
In a world that often demands performance, perfection, and productivity, these gatherings offer a space to slow down, soften, and simply be.

What Happens in a Circle?

Each gathering flows with the energy of the present moment and the women present. A typical circle may include:

  • Grounding with breath or movement

  • Sharing rounds (optional)

  • Silence, storytelling, poetry

  • Earth-based rituals

  • Reflective closing practices

There is no pressure to speak or perform — your presence alone is enough.

Themes We Explore

Women Circles often align with seasonal transitions, lunar phases, and life changes. Common themes include:

  • Self-compassion & body wisdom

  • Letting go & grief

  • Sisterhood & boundaries

  • Creativity & intuition

  • Rites of passage (e.g. menarche, motherhood, menopause)

Every experience is held with respect and deep listening.
