Grief Circles

Where Grief is Witnessed and Love Remains

Grief Circle is a sacred gathering for those navigating loss. Through presence, ritual, and gentle witnessing, we create a field where sorrow is not fixed but honoured. In this space, you are not alone — your grief is welcome, your silence is respected, and your story, however tender or tangled, is held with care.
This is a place to breathe, to remember, and to be.

1. What is a Grief Circle?

A Grief Circle is a gentle gathering space where sorrow is welcomed, not rushed away. In these circles, we honour grief as a natural response to loss—whether of a loved one, a relationship, a home, or a part of ourselves.
Through shared presence, silence, and ritual, we acknowledge pain without the need for fixing or explanation. It’s a space to be witnessed, held, and gently supported by others who are walking similar paths.

2. Who is it for?

Grief Circles are open to anyone navigating loss—whether recent or long ago, clear or unspoken.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, numb, tender, or disconnected.
These circles are for you if you seek a space where your grief can be acknowledged, without pressure to move on, make sense of it, or be “okay.” All emotions and expressions are welcome.

3. How I Work

Ritual & Intention
Each session begins with a grounding ritual to help us arrive fully and safely.

Shared Storytelling
While sharing is optional, stories that arise are held in deep confidentiality and care.

Symbolic Gestures
We use simple nature-based or intuitive rituals to support the release, honouring, and transformation of grief.

Presence over Performance
There is no pressure to “do” or “be” anything. The power lies in being present with what is.

4. Sessions & Format

Grief Circles are offered both online and in-person (in London).
Each session is approximately 75 minutes and includes space for check-in, guided presence, ritual, and closing reflection.
Group sizes are kept intentionally small to maintain intimacy and depth.
