These online sessions offer a gentle, powerful way to reconnect with yourself — wherever you are, just as you are.

Through conscious and intentional breathing, we meet what’s alive in the body: tension, emotion, silence, insight.
It’s not about controlling the breath — it’s about allowing it to guide us home.

Even through a screen, the breath carries presence.
In these online gatherings, we co-create a safe, grounded field where your nervous system can soften, and your body can speak.

You don’t need to do anything “right.”
You don’t need to perform or explain.
You just need to show up and breathe.

How It Works

Online breathwork sessions are held via Zoom in small groups.
Berna guides each practice with sensitivity and grounded presence — allowing the process to unfold in its own time.

Each session includes:

A short check-in to arrive together

Guided conscious breathing practice (approx. 30–40 minutes)

Optional sharing & reflection

Gentle integration and grounding

All levels are welcome. No previous experience needed.
