Bereavement Support

In times of loss, we often need someone who can sit beside us in silence, hold space for our sorrow, and honour the sacredness of grief. Bereavement support is not about fixing or healing—it is about witnessing, validating, and gently walking alongside you as you navigate the unknown.

1. What is Bereavement Support?

Bereavement support offers a safe and compassionate space to be with your grief—without needing to explain, justify, or suppress it. It is not about fixing what is broken, but about being present with what is.

2. Who Is It For?

For those who have experienced loss—recent or long ago—but haven't had the space, language, or support to express it. Whether grief feels overwhelming or numb, chaotic or silent, this space welcomes you.

3. How I Work

Somatic grounding techniques
Gently reconnecting with the body to feel anchored and supported.

Gentle breathwork
Using the breath as a soft companion through emotional waves.

Presence-based listening
Deep, non-judgmental witnessing of your story — spoken or unspoken.

Nature rituals (if applicable)
Integrating symbolic gestures and nature-based support to honour grief and remembrance.

4. Sessions & Format

Sessions are available online or face-to-face in London.
Each session lasts 60–75 minutes and includes a short follow-up reflection or check-in afterward.
